As part of a major refurbishment, Alumasc’s Swisslab External Wall Insulation system was chosen to upgrade the facade at Quinton’s Court, Needham Market, which is a mixed-use development comprising commercial premises and social housing.

The company says Alumasc’s Swisslab system is ideally suited to overcladding existing properties and was recommended as the optimum method to comply with planning regulations, as Quinton’s Court is located within the town’s conservation area. The firm says the completed installation significantly improved the building’s thermal performance from 2.1W/m2k to 0.3W/m2k.
