The trial involving ex directors from FWA West, which Apollo acquired last year, will hear their pleas next month

A trial involving former Ujima chief executive Kenneth Kerr and Alan Boswell and Greg Causer, two former directors of FWA West, the firm acquired by Apollo last year, is expected to hear their pleas on 1 March in connection with a £3.5m fraud.

A separate court case involving two people connected with a £208,000 fraud from the Ujima Housing Association last week resulted in the conviction of Paul Campayne, 47, of Coulsdon, Surrey.

He was sentenced to two-and-a-half years.
