Former commercial director spent 24 years at Laing O’Rourke before joining rival

Former Laing O’Rourke commercial director Callum Tuckett has joined rival contractor Multiplex.

Tuckett (pictured) has become chief operating officer for Multiplex Europe Ltd, and will oversee the Europe, Middle East and Canada regions, reporting directly to CEO Ashley Muldoon.

He left Laing O’Rourke in November last year after 24 years at the firm, having previously worked for Laing Construction before its takeover by O’Rourke in 2001.

Multiplex declined to comment.
