This commercial development in Waterloo by Austin-Smith:Lord topped out last week.

The £6m building includes six levels of office space, a council chamber and meeting rooms. The development, which will serve as headquarters for the Prospect trade union, and has an "excellent" BREEAM rating, is due for completion in November 2006. Structural engineer for the project is Cameron Taylor, M&E engineer is Rybka, QS is Walfords and the contractor is Costain.
