Enterprise takes stock of recent spending spree and reports that last year’s acquisitions are bedding down well.
Support services company Enterprise says that last year’s acquisitions are performing well and are in line with expectations.
Since the end of 2004 non executive chairman Owen McLaughlin said Enterprise had made further acquisitions that have strengthened the group’s presence in the utility, public and private sectors.
McLaughlin said: ”Enterprise has continued to grow steadily, building upon the foundations which we have laid and the success we have achieved over recent years.”
Yesterday Enterprise announced the purchase of the Strategem Group for up to £12m. Other acquisitions this year have included housing service provider JJ McGinley for £5.5m and public sector consultant DBI for £12m.
