Halpern Architects has won planning permission for this residential project in London Docklands.

The Elektron Development, for Barratt East London, is directly opposite the Millennium Dome, on the north bank of the Thames. The £50m scheme is made up of three towers, one of 25 storeys and two of 22 storeys, which together will provide 437 apartments. Barratt East London will also be construction manager and the scheme is expected to start on site early in 2006
