Michael Laird architects unveils design that concludes Edinburgh’s canalside regeneration scheme
Michael Laird architects has unveiled plans for its Edinburgh Quay phase two project for client Edinburgh Quay. Situated in the Fountainbridge area of Edinburgh, it concludes a key chapter in the city’s canalside regeneration scheme.
The concrete and glass structure contains 75,000 sq ft of mainly office accommodation arranged over six floors with a foyer and retail units at street level.
Edinburgh Quay has already acted as a catalyst for the regeneration of Fountainbridge, with projects linking the city centre to the canal and residential areas beyond.
