Cosultant appoints healthcare specialist with responsibility for Midlands projects
Louise Matthews joins consultant EC Harris as an associate partner in the health team. She will specialise in primary healthcare, and will have responsibility for health projects predominantly in the Midlands.
Matthews has considerable previous experience in both healthcare and project management, and has held a number of increasingly senior positions with NHS Trusts in the Birmingham area.
Most recently, she was a director of a third part developer, where she was responsible for all projects subject to public procurement processes from initial submissions through to the hand-over of completed developments to tenants.
She has also previously worked as healthcare projects manager with Laing O’Rourke, Portfolio Solutions.
