EC Harris completes Stary Browar scheme

EC Harris has project managed the second stage of development on Stary Browar, Poland’s leading shopping centre.

The centre in Poznan won the ICSC shopping centre award for the best medium size shopping centre in the world last year.

Previously a 19th century brewery, the 66,000 sq m centre boasts shopping units, an art gallery, open air and indoor restaurants, a cinema Multiplex, offices and open air theatre. The six-storey building includes three underground levels offering parking for 1,200 vehicles.

Having successfully completed the phase one of Stary Browar in 2003, EC Harris Poland continued working on phase II as project manager, cost manager, technical site supervisor and tenant coordinator.
