EC Harris appointed as construction consultant for whole banking group

EC Harris has won a contract to manage all Lloyds Banking Group’s construction work for the next three years in a deal worth tens of millions of pounds.

The consultant will provide advice on finding efficiencies in the firm’s capital construction programme as well as providing planning, project management and construction design management coordination.

Catherine Tobiasinsky, global account leader for Lloyds Banking Group at EC Harris said: “Through this win Lloyds Banking Group will become one of our top five clients in the UK.”

Lloyds Banking Group previously employed multiple providers to do this work but has decided to consolidate it into a single provider. The group has over 1m sqm of space in its portfolio.
