New recruit leads communities and local government sector in the Midlands
EC Harris has appointed a new partner to lead its communities and local government sector activity across the Midlands.
Keith Mitchell joins the consultant with over 20 years experience developing and delivering consultancy projects across the public and private sectors.
He specialises in the management of service transformation programmes and has recently worked on major projects with Bath & North East Somerset Council, Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Oxfordshire County Council.
Most recently, Mitchell has been supporting a high-profile, not-for-profit organisation at the heart of the regeneration of the Liverpool City Region, in developing its business strategy and transforming its finances, systems and processes.
