Consultant also recruits new partner to run the Cardiff office
Consultant EC Harris has appointed Richard Fitzpatrick is to lead its Irish business. He will be based at the firm’s Dublin office.
A chartered engineer and qualified project management consultant, Fitzpatrick has more than 15 years experience of delivering major infrastructure projects, and has worked for the firm for 10 years.
EC Harris has operated in Dublin for over 20 years.
He said: “With the focus on wider infrastructure and PPP investment, I am looking forward to combining the strength of the EC Harris group with our local knowledge and expertise to successful deliver solutions to meet our client’s business needs.”
The consultant has also announced the appointment of Stuart Brisbane to lead its Cardiff office.
Brisbane joins the firm from consultant Gardiner & Theobald, where he was the partner responsible for the Cardiff office.
He is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Building.
