David Revells joins from 4ps where he co-authored guide 'The Estate We're in'
Local government transformation expert David Revell has joined consultant EC Harris.
He joins from 4ps where he co-authored “The Estate We’re In”, the report which set out a series of practical steps to enable local authorities to get the best out of their corporate property portfolio.
At EC Harris Revell will support the local authorities schemes.
Prior to 4ps he was the client side project director at Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust for the new build acute hospitals at Wakefield and Pontefract.
Revell has extensive experience of project managing Private Financial Initiative (PFI) schemes both within Acute Hospital Trusts and at the Department of Health.
