EC Harris has appointed David Atkinson as an associate to further develop its forensic planning capability.
Atkinson will be based at the contract advisory services business in London.
His role will be to primarily investigate the causes of critical project delay and provide strategic advice to clients on planning issues.
A civil engineer, Atkinson joins from PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he was senior member of the capital projects team advising clients on high value disputes.
He said: “By utilising EC Harris’ combined quantum and planning services the client will be able to address its disputes in a more efficient manner by reducing interface issues that often exist when procuring the services of separate consultants.”
