Scheme involves turning 1993 building into tech centre
Architect Studio RHE has been given planning for the second phase of work at a scheme at East India Dock in London’s Docklands.
The project involves turning a 24 year old building into a work campus for the co-working, cultural and tech centres.
Phase one, which involves recladding and extending the 1993 building, called Anchorage House, is due to complete this autumn.
The second phase for specialist UK office development and investment company Trilogy Property involves refurbishment work on the neighbouring Capstan House development. Public realm at the site will also be updated and the whole of the scheme, called Republic, set to be completed within five years.
