A public consultation has been launched into the €4.5bn (£3.55bn) regeneration of Dublin’s docklands.
The scheme, which includes Daniel Libeskind’s Grand Canal Square (pictured) and the U2 Tower designed by Foster + Partners, will be delivered by a PPP, with the Irish government footing €1.7bn (£1.3bn) of the bill. The masterplan team includes Murray O’Laoire Architects, CB Richard Ellis and Mott MacDonald Pettit.
