Knauf Drywall’s Knauf Bio Dry Floor Screed has been specified for the Opal 1 student accommodation development at Exeter University. The company says that due to a tight completion target, traditional wet screed was not an option, so Knauf Bio Dry Floor Screed was chosen for the upper floors.

Acoustics were another factor as there had to be minimal noise intrusion from the rooms above and below. Knauf Brio Dry Floor Screed ensures compliance with Building Regulations Part E.
