Julien de Smedt Architects has won a competition to redesign the Holmenkollen ski jump in Oslo, Norway. Under the *73m (£50m) project, the famous ski jump will be refurbished and a viewing platform added. The Copenhagen-based architect will collaborate with engineer Florian Kosche on the scheme, which is set for completion in 2010.
