Design consultant launches legal battle for payment following an adjudicator's decision in its favour

Design consultants Denton Associates (London) is suing SBIG (UK) in a £229,000 legal battle.

A dispute arose between the two companies and an adjudicator was called in to decide this, according to a High Court writ.

The adjudicator ruled in August that SBIG should pay Denton Associates £229,564.84, within a week of his decision, the writ says.

But Godalming-based Denton Associates says that SBIG has not paid a penny of this sum, and is asking the High Court to enforce the adjudicator’s award and pay the money, as well as interest.
