PLP Architecture’s office building awarded BREEAM-NL Outstanding design certificate
PLP Architecture’s Amsterdam office for Deloitte & AKD has been awarded a BREEAM-NL Outstanding design certificate, the second highest score ever for an office building and the second largest building to receive the rating.
The 40,000m2 building is scheduled for completion in mid-2014, when it will be occupied by about 1,800 employees.
Ron Bakker, PLP Architecture partner said the rating was an “incredible accomplishment”. “It marks the building’s exceptional green credentials and reaffirms our belief that when delivered, the building will be operationally, aesthetically and environmentally outstanding,” he added.
