Consultant Davis Langdon has been appointed procurement adviser to the Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Executive on a £350m project to improve the city’s Metrolink network.
Metrolink Phase 3A will expand the Metrolink network to Oldham and Rochdale, Droylsden in Tameside and Chorlton.
The scheme is one of £1bn worth of infrastructure projects that Davis Langdon has won across the north of England.
These include the £75m improvement of one of the main gateway routes into Liverpool, a cruise liner facility also in Liverpool, and Victoria Harbour in Hartlepool, the largest mixed-use project being undertaken in the North-east.
