Davis Langdon expands M&E services in north of England

Project and cost consultant Davis Langdon has expanded its M&E service offering in the north of England with the establishment of a new engineering services team at its Leeds office.

The firm’s engineering arm Davis Langdon Mott Green Wall will provide engineering cost management services to the region from the Leeds office.

Barry Nugent, London Partner, said: “The establishment of an MGW presence in Leeds is an important step towards meeting the business objectives of the Leeds office, the northern region and our national service offering as a whole.”

The MGW Leeds team will be headed up by Neil Suggitt who is transferring from the firm’s Liverpool office. Suggitt has worked with the group on a number of high profile engineering services projects in both London and the north of England, including Grosvenor’s Paradise Street project in Liverpool delivering Liverpool One.

The consultant has a strong presence in the region, with 15 surveyors offering building services, specialist engineering and utilities infrastructure cost and project management services to their clients.
