Acquisition will boost revenue to £40m and allow expansion into private client law
Real estate lawyer Davies Arnold Cooper has acquired city law firm KSB Law LLP. The takeover will boost the firm’s revenue to around £40m, and increase the number of staff to 200.
The 60 KSB employees joining Davies Arnold Cooper will allow the practice to expand into private client law. They will also provide services in real estate, employment, corporate and dispute resolution.
Danny Gowan, senior partner at Davies Arnold Cooper, said: “We will be able to offer an enhanced service to KSB Law's existing clients, which will provide us with excellent growth opportunities.”
He added that the company will continue to look for further team acquisitions and announced that several more senior lawyers will be joining the practice over coming months.
