Appointment on engineering and project management framework will last four years
Cyril Sweett has been appointed to the Transport for London engineering and project management framework.
The appointment, which will last for four years, covers work in the commercial services and project, programme management and strategy services.
The total value of the framework could be up to £500m and will be open to Transport for London and other bodies within the Greater London Authority, London Boroughs, and the Metropolitan Police Service. The framework is also open to Crossrail.
Dean Webster, chief executive officer at Cyril Sweett said: "Cyril Sweett has extensive experience in the transport sector working on projects and programmes for Transport Scotland, Thameslink and London underground, where our consultants have helped to successfully deliver complex schemes which are both technically and logistically demanding."
Cyril Sweett has also appointed David Young to head up the group's project management services in the UK transport sector.
Young, who was previously a divisional director at Capita Symonds, will be responsible for developing and leading the programme and project management team serving the rail and wider transportation sector.
