Consultant Cyril Sweett has predicted that pre-tax profit will increase 30% to £4.3m in the year to March.
The company, which is heavily involved in PFI work, has also forecast that turnover will rise 22% to £41.5m in the same period, surpassing its target of £40m.
Cyril Sweett is part of the Skanska-led consortium on the £1.2bn redevelopment of St Bartholomew's and the Royal London hospitals, which is under review.
It was also appointed in October to manage a £2bn transport spending spree by the Scottish executive.
The contract involves project managing large public transport infrastructure projects throughout Scotland and will run for between five and seven years.
