Nick Woollacott joins consultant as non-executive director with immediate effect

Consultant Cyril Sweett has appointed Nick Woollacott to the board as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Woollacott is an experienced director of both listed and unlisted companies. He has been on the board of companies in the UK, US, Europe, Africa and South America and has developed businesses in the Middle and Far East as well as living and working in Australia.

As a group managing director of Lattice he was previously a FTSE 100 main board director and as the former senior independent director and acting chairman of Enterprise, and now a director of Goldshield, he also has extensive experience of working with AIM and smaller companies.
