Cyril Sweett announces two new appointments

Cyril Sweett has appointed a new associate director Stuart Northrop and a new associate Chris Twitchell to the management consultancy division.

They will work with the existing technical advisory service offer, specifically in private sector real estate.

Northrop will drive the development of the new real estate finance team at Cyril Sweett, part of the management consultancy division. He has over 10 years experience in the construction industry, working previously for EC Harris and prior to that for Mott MacDonald.

Northrop is responsible for the provision of monitoring and risk management services to clients in the private sector who provide funds via either equity or some form of debt to real estate transactions.

Twitchell joins from EC Harris where he helped develop the real estate finance service, providing technical risk management and project monitoring services to clients in the private sector who invest in and lend on property transactions.
