Together with a 253-bed student residence block, the new Central School of Ballet will feature six dance studios and will be clad in a terracotta facade. The project team, led by clients HIVE Student Residences and the Central School of Ballet, is aiming for a BREEAM “Excellent” rating.
The structural engineer is WSP Cantor Seinuk and services engineer is URS. The scheme is due to start on site later this year, and complete in 2011.
