In a summary of results, the Surrey-based housebuilding group said turnover had grown to £132m in the 2014 calendar yer, and the net worth of the firm had increased by 11% to £108m.
Group chief executive, Russell Denness said the continuing positive housing market had enabled the group to thrive, and it had also secured a maximum 5 Star rating in the HBF National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Award for the third year running.
Denness said: “These awards place us in the upper echelons of the industry and reflect a culture ingrained within the Company. Equally importantly, with strong visibility in land holdings, good progress was made on our plans for further growth in the business over the course of the next three years.”
