Contenders for Liverpool Street, Whitechapel, Bond Street and Tottenham Court Road are announced
Crossrail has announced the shortlists for the four remaining central London stations.
The total combined value of the four station contracts is estimated to be almost £1bn.
The shortlisted bidders for the Paddington and Farringdon stations were confirmed earlier this year.
Andy Mitchell, programme director with Crossrail, said: “The major procurement focus for Crossrail during 2011 will be the main construction contracts for the six central London stations, worth in the region of £1.5bn. We are now in a position to confirm the shortlist for Bond Street, Tottenham Court Road, Liverpool Street and Whitechapel stations.”
