Crossrail chair takes non-exec role

Terry Morgan CBE is to join management consultancy firm Boxwood as a non-executive board director, with immediate effect.

Morgan, who is also chairman of Crossrail, will support the firm’s senior management team, deepening the company’s knowledge of transport and infrastructure and assisting with its planned expansion.        

Morgan said of his appointment: “I am delighted to be offered the opportunity to join the board of Boxwood. I have followed their development over the past few years and I look forward to the contributing to their future success.”

Chris Wakerley MBE, managing director of Boxwood, said: “Terry is joining us at a time when our business is experiencing considerable growth and we are adding to our core consumer, telecoms, media and infrastructure businesses with a move into the financial services and energy sectors. His tremendous leadership and industry experience will strengthen our existing senior management team, and we very much look forward to working with him.”
