Site will include 120 new homes, commercial space and community areas
Enfield council has selected Countryside Properties, working with Newlon Housing Trust, as developer for the 0.6 hectare Highmead development site in Angel, Edmonton, north London.
Planning permission was granted earlier this year for a design by architect HawkinsBrown.
The development will include 120 new properties, 38% of which will be classed as affordable homes, as well as 1,092m2 of commercial space and a 140m2 community building.
The affordable housing will be developed and managed by Newlon Housing Trust.
