The Victoria Square development in Woking is seeking a contractor
Bandstand Square Developments Ltd (BSDL) is looking for a contractor for the £150m contract to build its mixed use Victoria Square project in Woking.
The project comprises 125,000 sq ft of retail space anchored by a 60,000 sq ft Marks & Spencer store, a 190-bed hotel, 392 residential apartments across three towers ranging from 23 to 34 storey’s.
Developer BSDL - a tri partite venture between Moyallen, Woking Borough Council and Surrey County Council – is aiming to start on site in early 2017 with completion scheduled for 2020.
Peter Robinson, managing director of Moyallen, said: “Beginning the process of appointing our principal contractor is a key stage in the delivery of Victoria Square.
“We are seeking a contractor with the skills, expertise and understanding to deliver what will be one of the most significant developments in Surrey.”
The deadline for the submission of expressions of interest is January 29.
