Exclusive: Ridge, Jones Lang LaSalle, DTZ and Malcolm Hollis appointed by real estate giant to provide building surveying services
Four consultants have been appointed by real estate investment giant Prupim to provide building surveying services across its 850 UK properties.
The successful firms on the three-year framework are Ridge, Jones Lang LaSalle, DTZ and Malcolm Hollis. They were appointed on 1 January.
Prupim declined to disclose the value of the framework, but it is thought to be worth in the low millions in fees over its three-year life.
The framework also incorporates multi-discipline services including M&E, civil and structural engineering and cost management.
Prupim’s properties include retail, hotels, leisure, offices and industrial buildings. Offices make up the biggest part of its portfolio, worth £4.4bn.
The investment group has £2bn of assets under management in central London, £4.7bn in the rest of the South-east, £1.2bn in the South-west, and £41.1bn in the rest of the UK.
Prupim is among the UK’s largest real estate investment managers, with about £16bn of property assets under management across Europe, North America and the Asia Pacific region.
