Misleading EPCs produced by assessors who fail to carry out site surveys

Misleading energy performance certificates (EPCs) are being produced by assessors who fail to carry out site surveys, according to consultant Robinson Low Francis.

The firm said some EPCs were being calculated using outdated information, making the buildings harder to sell or let.
