Thomas & Adamson carrying out QS and management work at £100m housing development
Thomas & Adamson, has landed two roles on the £100m redevelopment of the historic David Stow Building at Strathclyde university’s former Jordanhill campus in Glasgow.
The project (pictured) will see T&A deliver QS services and manage the construction process for Edinburgh-based Cala Homes.
Cala, which was bought for £600m earlier this year by Legal & General, plans to include more than 400 homes on the 31-acre site.
T&A is working on 67 apartments at the development which will see the first homes built by early 2020.
The Grade B-listed building is a former teacher training facility but this closed six years ago.
