Firms invited to field teams for the fourth Construction Cup, playing against Paul Allen, Ray Parlour, Kerry Dixon and Lee Sharp
The best footballers in the industry are set to return to David Beckham's Academy in September to compete in the fourth Construction Cup.
The Construction Cup is open to companies involved in the built environment and will take place on 16 September on the Greenwich peninsula.
The tournament will be graced with the silken skills of ex-professionals Paul Allen, Ray Parlour, Kerry Dixon and Lee Sharpe (not Dickson and Shape as quoted previously....)
Each team of eight players can bring along eight “fans” for vocal support, and refreshments will be provided for all.
The cost per team is £750. Payment can be direct to SHINE (the David Beckham Academy's official charity), which means corporate social responsibility budgets can be utilised.
