Linked nine and 21-storey towers will provide new focal point for Sheffield city centre.
City Lofts Developments and developer CTP St James have unveiled plans for a £52m residential scheme in Sheffield.
St Pauls Place will feature linked 21 and nine-storey towers consisting of 279 apartments, restaurants, bars, Grade A office space and a new hotel.
City Lofts will work with long-term collaborator Conran & Partners on the scheme.
Paul Zara, director at Conran & Partners said: “The design is a confident and contemporary response to the need for high-quality residential accommodation on a significant city centre site.”
The scheme will go ahead if the plans are approved by Sheffield City Council next month.
