Developer Stanhope has opened this 14,300 m2 office building at Chiswick Park, the fifth block at the landmark development in west London.


The building, designed by the Richard Rogers Partnership, contains 13,000 m² of offices and 1300 m² of retail space, including a small supermarket, bar, coffee shop and card shop. The opening of the building, which was construction managed by Bovis Lend Lease, coincided with the unveiling of the Events Square, which will form the hub of the Chiswick Park scheme and host activities such as hot air ballooning. Davis Langdon was cost consultant and Arup was structural engineer.
