Firm is asset and property manager for the mixed use building
Cost and project management consultant ChandlerKBS has relocated its Düsseldorf office into the flagship building the Breidenbacher Hof.
The firm has also been appointed asset and property manager for the mixed use building, which includes a luxury boutique hotel, retail, offices, apartments and a night club.
Craig Maunder, partner at ChandlerKBS, said: "We have been involved from project inception, through the development and construction phase and now into the management of the on-going asset.
"We look forward to managing the property from our unique position within the building and to enjoying the facilities of the property from this great city centre location."
