Consultant will provide cost, project management and tenant liaison for BVS Alpenrhein Outlet Village
Consultant ChandlerKBS is providing cost, project management and tenant liaison for the development of a shopping village in the Swiss Alps for client the financier and developer ING Real Estate.
The BVS Alpenrhein Outlet Village is situated in Landquart, near the ski resorts of St Moritz, Klosters, Arosa and Davos.
Once complete it will consist of 100 shop units, 1,200 parking spaces and a selection of restaurants and cafes.
Christoph Schnatze, associate at ChandlerKBS in Germany, said: “The village is almost complete with almost half having received roofs and cladding.”
The scheme is scheduled to open at the end of 2009.
