Newcastle’s £22m, four-storey mixed-use Hub over the Haymarket metro station is nearing completion.

Local architect Reid Jubb Brown designed the building to overcome the technical restrictions of placing a new station over the metro, using the first floor to support the whole building.

Contractor Tolent is building it for Nexus, which manages the metro system.
