Carillion Facilities Management to earn £8.5m a year for providing services over five years

Carillion has secured a £42.5m facilities management contract with a global insurance provider.

It will provide services for five years at a value of £8.5m a year.

Carillion Facilities Management will provide services at more than 40 locations including London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow.

The contract win is the result of a seven-year working relationship with the client.

Carillion Facilities Management is the facilities management arm of Carillion. It currently delivers facilities management, property management and a professional services to around 10,000 properties in the UK and Europe.
