Group to focus attention on health and safety and sustainability

Carillion has announced two board changes to focus on its health and safety and sustainability agendas.

As of yesterday, responsibility for group health and safety has transferred from John McDonough, group chief executive, to Richard Howson, executive director. Don Kenny, another executive director, has assumed responsibility for the group's sustainability programme.
