Monteray, a joint venture between Carillion, Haden Building Management and Reliance Integrated Services, extends facilities management contract until March 2009.
A Carillion-led joint venture has secured a £350m facilities management contract from British Telecom.
The contract means Monteray, a joint venture between Carillion, Haden Building Management and Reliance Integrated Services, will provide 7500 BT buildings and sites with facilities management until March 2009. The deal extends Monteray’s current five-year agreement with BT, which was due to expire in March next year.
Commenting on the extension, Carillion chief executive John McDonough said: “Monteray is delighted to continue to be BT’s FM service partner for a further three years. Monteray looks forward to continuing to develop its successful relationship with BT through the delivery of high quality, nationwide, value-added FM services.”
Monteray will provide BT with a range of services under the contract including building management, structure and fabric maintenance, M&E maintenance and minor project works.
