Wholly-owned Capita Symonds architecture practice ESA has opened its second Polish studio in the capital Warsaw.
ESA has worked on a range of projects in the country, including the planned Elblag shopping centre (pictured) in northern Poland, from its existing office in Krakow.
The firm said its Warsaw studio was already in advanced talks regarding two major office schemes in the city. Andrew Pryke, Capita Symonds’ director of architecture, said: “Poland’s economy remains unquestionably the most resilient and dynamic in Europe and we see Poland as a hub for the wider central and eastern Europe market”.
ESA – which also has offices in London and Hull – was bought by Capita Symonds last October.
