Consultant snaps up Multi-Tech Contracts for an undisclosed sum
Capita Symonds has bought process engineering consultant Multi-Tech Contracts for an undisclosed sum.
The firm said the purchase of the 150-strong company, which has offices in Warrington, Bridgend, Birmingham and Edinburgh, would help it boost its presence in the process engineering market.

Andrew Murray, Capita Symonds’ chief operating officer (professional services) said: “This is our third acquisition of the year and emphasises our commitment to constantly develop key parts of our business by bringing market-leading companies into the Capita Symonds fold.”
Managing director of Multi-Tech, Jeff Randles, added: “The acquisition will be mutually beneficial, enabling both companies to further develop opportunities and markets in tandem. We are immensely proud of what Multi-Tech has achieved so far and look forward to hitting the ground running as part of Capita Symonds.”
