Firm will work on revamp of JLT’s City of London HQ
Capita Symonds has won a role on the revamp of risk advisory firm Jardine Lloyd Thompson’s central London headquarters.
The 290,000 sq ft revamp is worth £7m according to construction data company Barbour ABI.
Capita Symonds will provide project and cost management on the job and health and safety advice.
The firm said the revamp will be undertaken from a shell and core condition and will target a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
Construction will begin at the end of the year, with occupation scheduled for September 2013.
