Capita Symonds has bought £7m-turnover healthcare specialist consultancy Inventures
The deal, which was concluded for an undisclosed sum, follows reports that the company is in talks to buy property manager NB Real Estate.
Inventures, which has four UK offices, including its Bath HQ, provides advice to the NHS and other public sector bodies across the UK. This covers programme and project management, property and estate management, healthcare planning and facilities management.
The acquisition comes as speculation mounts about further consolidation in the consultancy sector following Deloitte’s takeover of Drivers Jonas this month.
Inventures employs more than 100 consultants and has undertaken reviews of projects such as London 2012, Crossrail, and Wembley stadium.
