Developer wants to increase the number of homes in its Sir Terry Farrell designed masterplan to at least 10,000
Developer Capital & Counties (Capco) has confirmed that it is in talks with Hammersmith & Fulham council about upping the number of homes at its Earls Court development.
The firm has planning permission for 7,500 homes on the site, which includes the former site of the exhibition centre and had already presented proposals last year to the Greater London Authority about the site’s ability to deliver “a minimum of 10,000 new homes”.
Capco said the revised masterplan could also involve the council taking the lead on any future plans for the West Kensington and Gibbs Green Estates.
